The Training & Implementation Department offers Implementation Services to both new and existing customers. These services provide your organization an outline to guide you through your CPR+ software implementation from go-live and beyond.

New Customers

A new customer implementation involves our staff from the pre go-live stage all the way to post go-live. This involves:

• Creating a detailed plan based on your implementation schedule.
• Bi-weekly conference calls with our Implementation Manager which may include others from our staff related to your needs.
• Continuous data and integrity checks to make sure implementation is proceeding smoothly.
• Documentation and On-Demand Courses are provided to instruct new users.
• On-site training may be conducted during implementation to provide in-depth training for your golive.

Existing Customers

We offer implementation services for our existing customers that have been using CPR+ for a while. It’s true with any data-driven application that is used over several years, data becomes a mess because of typos, new features are introduced and the staff isn’t aware of them, and general process-efficiencies wane as time goes by. An existing customer implementation involves:

• Customizing a plan and timetable that works best for your organization.
• Schedule conference calls with our Implementation Manager to help with the implementation process and answer any questions that might come up.
• Data and system clean-up with a CPR+ specialist.
• Receiving the latest training on the most recent features.
• Optional on-site training to help with the implementation timetable, individual or group training, and process improvements.
