Thanks to everyone who completed our recent CPR+ Customer Survey! Your responses let us know how we're doing and where we can improve. We sent an email to all of our known CPR+ users (if you didn't get the email, let us know!) and received a total of 582 responses. The results were overwhelmingly positive. We have carefully reviewed each response and are following up as needed.
For each survey question, 96% of customers responding gave us an "Acceptable," "Satisfied" or "Extremely Satisfied" rating. While we are gratified by these excellent scores and by the many fantastic comments, we will not rest on our laurels. We will continue to make your success and high level of satisfaction with CPR+ our #1 top priority.
