D.H.S. is committed to our customers with the best industry support which has always been located in our office building in Columbus, Ohio. No outsourcing here!

Our staff of 20 dedicated support representatives help our customers get the most out of their investment in CPR+.

The support department keeps up-to-date with the latest features of the application and industry trends.

Our support hours are from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. For mission critical emergencies, we have a 24/7 support hotline number.
