In addition to remote desktop software, we have the CPR+ Chat feature which allows anyone to start a chat session with one of our CSR’s from within the application. This allows you to get a support question answered quickly, without ever having to pick up the phone. If the question or issue is more involved, the CSR can initiate an online Customer Support session and/or give you a call as needed.
To chat with a CPR+ Customer Support Representative, follow the steps below:
- Click the Blue Plus Sign icon on the CPR+ Toolbar to open the Remote Assistance screen.

- Select Chat Session.
- Type a question in the available field.
- Click the Request Chat button to start the chat session.
