ABC's of Electronic Billing: Troubleshooting eClaims & eClaim Reports (997)

Charlie Russell is the Director of All Things Great and Small at Greene Respiratory Services, a company that went live with CPR+ at their headquarters in Milford, Ohio just a few months ago. Last week, with the help of CPR+ Scan guru Luke Eisenbraun, Greene drivers in Finland were able to sync their scanners with the server at their headquarters in Ohio.

“Once the main site was up and running, we were anxious to get our other sites using CPR+ Scan,” says the young Russell. CPR+ Scan is an excellent tool for companies with multiple sites, especially those in remote locations.

Surely, none are more appropriately described as “remote” than Greene’s oxygen warehouse in Finland. The sync took less than one minute, crossing a distance of over 4,445 miles.

Happy 29th Birthday
Jeff Johnston

Jeff Johnston celebrates his 29th birthday today, April 1st. Johnston started the company, Definitive Homecare Solutions, Inc., with his neighbor and best friend Stuart Crane, on a snow day 15 years ago.

“Yeah like, Stuart and I were hanging out in his basement, and we thought, wouldn’t it be cool if we owned our own company” recalls Johnston. Crane immediately agreed, exclaiming “Dude, we could ROCK the Infusion Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment world.” Happy Birthday Jeff!
