
This module gives CPR+ Customers with multiple DBA’s the ability to assign individual patients or invoices to specific companies and then track those patients or invoices and companies separately. You have the ability to select which Multi-Company Module* is best for your organization:
Multi-Company by Patient
This module allows a user to enter an unlimited number of unique “companies” in CPR+. Each company will have an associated, unique Patient Type designation. The exact designation will be added to the Patient Type popup window and will be used to assign each patient to the appropriate company. The Patient Type is assigned during the New Referral process or any time from the Demographic/Financial section. Once a patient is assigned to a company, that company’s name, address, and so on will appear on all forms, reports, labels, and invoices printed for that patient. The billing, census, and on-call reports can be sorted and printed by company.
Multi-Company by Invoice
This module allows a user to enter an unlimited number of unique “companies” in CPR+. A company is assigned to an invoice when it is created. After a company is assigned, the remaining process to create an invoice is the same. The Account Status Screen will display a column for the companies that were assigned to each invoice listed. Before running a Billing / Financial report, a user will need to select: one specific company, all companies, or uncategorized revenue.
