Before Updating
We recommend you always perform the following steps:

Make a backup of your CPR+ data files/directory.

Sync your CPR+ Palm and CPR+ Scan devices (if you have these modules).

Make sure all users are out of CPR+.

NOTE:
If you are already running CPR+ v8 (SQL), you can download
the update directly through the CPR+
Software. Close your web browser now and click the Update
CPR+
icon on the Toolbar and then click the 1. Download Latest Update (FTP)
button.
This method of updating is easier and requires less steps than using the website.
