The CPR+ Service Pack Beta is a pre-release version of CPR+, made available to customers that would like to download and run a pre-release version. The update can be installed into your Live / Production system OR your Test system.

All CPR+ Service Pack updates contain very few, if any, new enhancements to the software. Most changes are minor modifications, corrections, and regulatory changes. The Service Pack Beta is a version of CPR+ that has been tested by D.H.S.'s internal QA staff.

If you experience any problems with this version, please contact the D.H.S. Support Department at 877-277-4876 and identify yourself as a Service Pack Beta user. Your issue will be quickly analyzed and escalated to the QA / Product Development Department based on severity.

In the event that a subsequent Service Pack Beta update is required prior to the General Release of this version, you will be notified via email of this update and the details of the changes. Based on the changes, you may elect not to download that particular Service Pack Beta version. Once the General Release of this version has been posted, you will be notified via email and are strongly encouraged to download and install that version.
