Territory Managers
We are looking for highly motivated Territory Managers to manage the customer experience and generate new business within a defined territory. Home infusion, HME and/or Specialty Pharmacy knowledge, as well as CPR+ experience, is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will establish and maintain a close relationship with all customers within their territory, meeting periodically face-to-face, learning their business, listening to their needs and providing solutions through existing software functionality, add-on products or training services.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years industry experience required
- CPR+ experience desired
- Willing to travel with an average of 4-5 overnights within the territory per month
- Must be a quick learner, a self-starter and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
HME Expert Needed
Contrary to what a certain software vendor would have you believe, not every HME provider is switching to their system. In fact, some are switching OFF of it.
We are Definitive Homecare Solutions, the developers of CPR+ and we are experiencing tremendous growth in the HME market!
We're coming off a HUGE year in 2010 and desperately need additional HME Experts to serve our new and existing customers in Implementation and Training. Over 1,000 HME and Infusion customers use CPR+ to manage their homecare operations nationwide. We currently have several large (greater than 100 users) HME providers who are in the process of converting off other systems and many more are on the way. Trainers assist customers in learning, implementing and using the software over the web and on-site.
Qualifications:
- Significant HME experience is required - minimum 3 years
- Must be technically proficient, comfortable with software, networks, IT
- Must have hands on experience in HME Reimbursement or Operations
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations; average 8-12 on-site days per month
- Must be a quick learner, a self-starter and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Developer / programmer
We have a simple mission for you! Provide the most robust, user-friendly, technologically advanced software in the Home Medical Equipment, Home Infusion, and Specialty Pharmacy Industries.
Qualifications:
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL databases
- Microsoft .NET technologies
- Programming in C#, ASP.NET
- Visual FoxPro skills desirable but not required
- System interface and integration skills involving SOAP, XML, etc.
- Ability to set personal goals and meet deadlines
This is a full-time position. No part-time, internships, or work from home.
Customer Support Representative
Work with Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, and HME customers to answer questions and resolve technical issues related to their use of CPR+. Minimal travel is required. Level I, Level II and Level III positions are available.
