Mike Clark

Experience & Background

For more than 15 years, I have practiced law in the State of Ohio representing businesses in a number of industries, including software and technology companies like D.H.S. For seven years prior to joining D.H.S., I was proud to represent the company as its outside counsel.

Certification/Knowledge

I have both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor. I have been licensed to practice law in Ohio for more than 15 years.

From my years of representing the company, I regard D.H.S. as one of the most dynamic businesses in terms of its product, service, and business development, and its responsiveness to its customers and employees. Having had the privilege of being involved in its previous development, I look forward to contributing to D.H.S.’ future development on a full-time basis.

I have a Masters Degree in Instructional Technologies (Education), and I'm a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), MetaFrame XP, FR2.

John Mathis

I was the General Manager of Ambient Healthcare. Also, I was involved in the startup and operation of five other infusion companies in Florida, all of whom used CPR+.

I headed up the Training and Implementation of CPR+ for Ambient Healthcare.

Why I work at D.H.S.

It gives me an opportunity to use my home care experience and help make D.H.S. a better company for our current and future customers. As the Director of Customer Support Services, I am responsible for assuring that customers get competent answers to their questions in a timely manner.

For many years, I’ve been on the other end of the phone, calling D.H.S. for support. I know what it’s like to run a busy infusion company. I think my previous experience gives me a unique perspective and is a real advantage to how I approach my job.

I was an Honor Graduate for US Army's Pharmacy Specialist Course. After working for D.H.S., my fascination with computers led me to return to college where I graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.

Why I work at D.H.S.

I enjoy working for D.H.S. for a number of reasons. We have a great staff that is truly committed to providing the best software and support in the industry. Customer requests and ever-changing healthcare regulations require us to constantly add enhancements to CPR+. I enjoy working with customers on these enhancements as well as the challenge of designing and implementing the best solutions to meet the customers’ needs. I (as well as the rest of the programming staff) appreciate the fact that this allows us the opportunity to utilize the very latest technologies.
