Kathy painchaud
Quality Assurance Manager / Product Development Liaison
Start Date at D.H.S.
May 2009
Summary of Experience
I spent 11 years working in a similar industry-- for IntraVet, a company that supported and designed custom practice management software for veterinarians. I filled many roles there including management in programming and QA. We went through the same migration from DOS product to Windows and then to .Net, growing from 6 employees to sixty. Before that, I worked for Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation in support, training and technical writing.
Why i work at d.h.s.
When IntraVet’s Ohio location was shut down, I wanted to work for another company who committed to providing the best service and the best product possible. A company like D.H.S. also provides opportunities to contribute in a variety of areas.

The flexibility of the product, the knowledgeable staff, and their dedication to customer support was a welcome change.
