AssistMed and Definitive Homecare Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership Agreement

LOS ANGELES, CA and COLUMBUS, OH – March 16, 2010 – AssistMed, Inc. and Definitive Homecare Solutions, Ltd. (DHS), the developers of CPR+ home infusion and specialty pharmacy software, today announced a strategic partnership agreement to make AssistMed’s Patient Adherence and Disease Management Solutions available to DHS’ specialty pharmacy customers.

The parties’ agreement provides for the development of an interface between AssistMed’s Patient Adherence Solutions and CPR+ that will be exclusively available to CPR+ and AssistMed specialty pharmacy customers.
